When will I receive my items

There are different processing time for different items. However, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP between 5--20 days after you place an order on our website.
- When will I receive my items after I place an order?
There are five key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.
1) shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping methods. For example: DHL takes normally 2-4 business days while EMS takes normally 3-8 business days.
2) Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from. The items that are stocked in Hong Kong warehouse will be sent off within 24 hours.
3) Items in stock will be shipped out in 24-72 hours. Items not in stock take longer to process and the time frame differs according to categories. Normally non-custom items not in stock will be shipped out in 3-7 business days after payment. Items out of stock may cause delays in delivery.

4) Some unavoidable reasons:
We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.
But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case as priority.
- How can I trace my order?
As to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "My Account" in our website. When you click the "View Detail" button, there is a column called Order Tracking, where you can view all the detailed information about your order. Also you can check your tracking number with the E-mail from servicefishing71@gmail.com after your order(s) ship out.
